First day of WINTER ECOWORKSHOP

It was a fantastic day! We have a great team for WINTER ECOWORKSHOP.
We started with talking about recycling. I showed the kids photos of amazing things which you can make out of recycled materials: lamps, furs, chairs, etc. They liked it a lot and they were really interested in everything. Then we looked around in the class, how many materials we have which we reuse, reduce and recycle.
Our first work was a reindeer from tubes of toilet paper. It was a lot of fun to make it and everyone's looked different.

The next art was made out of a jar of baby food. We made it Christmasy using green and red decorations. Kids had a lot of ideas how to make it.

During this the boys made a very big garage for cars! Antek helped Moritz to do it.

The third project was a star from remains of sponges coming from the sponge factory. It was easy to make and it will look unique on the Christmas tree.

The second part of the ecoworkshop was playing outside. We had great weather. We made 6 games - kind of olympics. There were 3 stages and at each one the kid did 2 activities. It was: boxes challenge (slalom), boxes snake, tower, aim for the box, crash it & smash it, and segregation. At the end we made a very, very long snake and last minutes kids were playing hide and seek.

 Looking forward to tomorrow!
